I made a 10” fruit cake for my brother Chris’ retirement party. As well as his dedication to Framework, a charity which helps find homes for the homeless in the Nottingham areas for 26 years, the cake also featured a few of his many interests- French horn player, train enthusiast, cricket fan and member of the choir at Southwell Minster.
