Hey everyone! Sorry I’ve not been very active! I’ve been doing a load of paperwork to ensure I can get the bakery up and running as soon as I can!
I’ve finally finished all the paperwork I needed to do! Now waiting for my inspection and then I can officially open The Hedgerow Pantry!!

Work is underway to get the finishing touches on the pantry to ensure everything is ready as soon as possible!!

Now all we have to do is ensure we have the correct paperwork in place to open and have a food hygiene rating assessment!

Good morning everyone!
I’m still waiting for a couple of bits before I can officially open the pantry!
I’m working on differnt bakes and menu ideas to make for you all!
Currently bread, cookies, cakes and Jams are definitely on the menu in a variety of flavors and sizes.
Let me know what flavors you guys would like to try and if there are any more menu items you’d like to see added!?

Update: I am currently waiting on packaging to arrive and then I can get the pantry into place and open!

I’m doing a lot of bits behind the scenes  at the moment but hoping to get baking testers again soon!

I’m soo excited to open and can’t wait for all your feedback!
