A bespoke hand-painted wildlife commission, created for a private birthday celebration.
The fox portrait was built slowly in layered edible dusts- a considered, fine art approach that allows depth and softness and realism.
Painted on panel before being applied to the cake, preserving every brushstroke and perfectly encapsulating 'edible art'.
Each bespoke piece begins as artwork; the cake simply becomes the canvas.
