WE NEED AN EXTRA PAIR OF HANDS 🙌

Flexible Team Member at Sugar Shack Bakery ☕️🍪
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and seriously flexible team member to join us at our busy Orbital Shopping Centre café!
This role is all about being someone we can count on when we need an extra pair of hands whether that’s covering sickness, helping out with holidays or picking up a shift at short notice.

You’ll be working both front and back of house, so we’re looking for someone who is happy to jump in wherever they’re needed and isn’t afraid of a busy shift! 👀

✨ You must:
• Be 17+
• Have previous work experience- this is essential
• Have hospitality/café experience preferred
• Be friendly, hardworking & reliable
• MUST be able to work weekdays and weekends
• Be super flexible and available to pick up shifts, sometimes at short notice
• Be a team player who is happy to get stuck in wherever needed

As we head into autumn and winter, we’re looking for fun, fresh and exciting events to bring to Sugar Shack Bakery... and this time, we want to know what you would actually love to come along to! 👀

We’ve been lucky enough to work with some brilliant local communities and businesses, from The Mum Club and Sober Girls Society, to fantastic local businesses including Dinky Ponies, Bare Glazed, Gemma Mulrooney and Lush Swindon.✨

But we need to know a little bit more from you all and what you want to see in your town.

Who should we be working with next?
What local business would make an amazing event?
Is there a community group you’d love to see us team up with?
Or perhaps there’s an event you’ve always wanted to see in Swindon?

If you know a group or business that would be a great fit at our little pink cafe, tag them below!

If you’re a local business, community group or event host and you think you could put on something brilliant with us, we’d absolutely love to hear from you too!

Our store is available for private events outside of opening hours, with space for up to 20 people, and we’re also happy to explore events during quieter periods in the week during open hours. Let's have a chatttttt!
