A decadent slice of Summer, available on offer this Sunday -

Our classic moist chocolate fudge cake made with fresh British raspberries. Layered with a mousse style chocolate buttercream, a seedless raspberry compote center, and surrounded by smooth raspberry American buttercream.

Each slice is generously sized and comes finished with a fresh raspberry and a sprig of mint. Reminiscent in flavour of a black forest gateau with a slightly crumbly rich sponge, yet it remains lighter and purely summer when combined with tart raspberries and sweet buttercream - Yum! 🍰🌞🐇

For the month of July, we have fresh baked Peanut Butter Cookies, Walnut Penuche Fudge, Raspberry Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes with a Raspberry Compote and Strawberry Cheesecake.
