We are OPEN!!! What a horrible, rainy Friday morning! There’s only one thing for it, head on down to the shack, overload on sugar and head back to bed!!!!

The shack is rammed with goodies today and we will be stocking up as and when things go down! There’s lots of new bits today so why not try something a bit different

🍪🍰🥮Prep is well underway for this weekends shack! I’ve used every pot and pan under the sun and the kitchen looks like a tornado has just blown through it! The sign of a successful baking day!

Do you ever have one of those days where nothing seems to go right? It’s just after 9am and the mistakes just keep on coming! 😂😂 2nd batch of vanilla sponge just going in the oven as I decided to ignore the huge labels on my ingredients containers and make the first batch with bread flour rather than self-raising flour! A cake I can make in my sleep - usually! Anyway, correct sponge in the oven now so hopefully, the customers who ordered them won’t be eating bricks!

❤️❤️I know I say it every week, but I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to all of you. We only had 5 bakes left (which Laurence has taken into work with him this morning). Every week, I have this huge fear that this will be the week that nobody shows up and I’m left with a cupboard full of unsold items. Thankfully, it wasn’t this week! I really appreciate every visit, purchase, comment or like on our posts, so thank you once again!❤️❤️

Anyway, here is this week’s new menu, I hope you like it! There’s the return of some old favourites (Kinder cookie pie and cinnamon buns), plus some new bits which you’ve been requesting over the past few months (jam and coconut sponge, Bakewell tart and chocolate fudge cake).

As always, you can pre-order so that you’re guaranteed to bag your favourites on the day you want them!
