Good Evening
It is with a touch of sadness that I have decided to hang up my chefs hat and take a step in a new direction. I have been in catering for over 30 years now and have chosen to take a new direction .
The bread van from the pub was a mad thought and has been the highlight of my career and the fact I have met so many amazing people and learnt a lot about myself on the way .
My last day at the pub will be January 29th .
I wanted to say Thank you …you are all amazing 🤩
