There is one thing that us bakers and cake makers/designers aren’t that keen on.
Hot weather 🥵
It messes with everything, how cakes behave, buttercream stability and our own sanity!
So on the hottest May Bank Holiday on record, we had not one, not two but three weddings.
But thanks to some early mornings, amazing team work and super flexible venues and events teams (one of which had the most amazing walk in fridge 🤩), all three cakes were delivered and set up without a hitch.
We will post full photos during the week but above is a sneak peek at the three cakes.
