Is this reel too dramatic? No, we didn’t think so either

Thursday = we’re nearly through the week and it’s time to treat yourself and a buddy to an outlandishly delicious sweet treat.

This week’s croissant is filled with chocolate and stem ginger creme patissiere and topped with white chocolate Namelaka (yes it’s a thing!), crystallised ginger and chocolate coated honeycomb.

9am every Thursday, don’t be late!

Can we possibly get more autumnal than this...our apple, caramel and hazlenut danish. On counters Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Hazelnut frangipane, stewed cinnamon apples, caramel cream, finished with a sprinkling of toasted hazlenuts. 🍎

She's popular, she's versatile, she's delicious 💁‍♀️ she's our tin loaf. Makes amazing sandwiches and top tier toast, basically a good solid all rounder (it also gets the thumbs up from kids!) Made of lockerleyestate flour which is a white roller milled flour from the Lockerley estate, regeneratively grown. 🌾

It's that time again team! Thursday Croissant Club was a sell out success- thank you all so much! We have some lovely treats for you all this weekend 😋
1. Our world famous (?) everything croissant with cream cheese and jalepenos. Delightfully vegan
2. Special dark chocolate and sour cherry loaf. Also vegan
3. Sollubullar - a cardamom bun filled with creme patissiere. The perfect treat for fika! And also vegan
4. A beautiful focaccia - more of that tomorrow (yep it’s vegan)
5. Kouign-Amann made with Damson Jelly made from community grown damsons and topped with creme patissiere (and also delightfully vegan)
6. The run down!
