🍕 Sneaky peek at something on the menu this week…
Fresh homemade Sourdough Pizza Kits!

We did a little trial run at home and honestly these are so good. We followed the 3 steps below 👇

1️⃣ What You Get
A handmade sourdough pizza dough ball (enough for a 12" pizza)+ a pot of my homemade tomato & herb sauce. All you need to add are your favourite toppings.

2️⃣ Prep & Build
Sprinkle a little flour or cornmeal onto greaseproof paper or a cooking tray of your choice, then stretch out the dough and place it on top. Spread over the sauce…then add whatever you fancy.
I went for chorizo, feta & cheddar this time.

3️⃣ Bake & Enjoy
Bake until your perfect level of crispiness. A fresh, bubbling, golden 12" sourdough pizza, absolutely delicious 😋

It’s pre‑order day, and look how these beauties turned out
These are my lemon & poppy seed sourdough scones for this week, bright, zesty and totally summery… even if someone needs to tell the weather that. They’ve got a lovely citrussy lemon drizzle on top and taste like sunshine, whatever the sky is doing 🍋

Small Sourdough Focaccia Loaf 🍞

This little beauty was tricky to show properly in the packaging, so I’m showcasing it now. Simply topped with sea salt and olive oil, with that soft airy crumb inside and a lovely crisp crust. I slice it lengthways down the side so you get a generous slice, perfect for a proper sarnie, toast, or even avocado with a poached egg. A tiny loaf with big personality, and it freezes brilliantly too 🤩.

I’m really sorry to have to write this today, but I was down on money at the shed.
As most of you know, The Sourdough Shed runs on honesty and 99.9% of the time, that trust is completely respected.

I do have multiple cameras, and I know who it was. They’re sadly not welcome back unless they’re willing to pay correctly in future and yes, I’ll be watching. Think less “CSI Romsey” and more a slightly over‑caffeinated baker with a camera eye and detective energy.

Joking aside, this is my livelihood.

This is always the worry with honesty sheds, but I’m hoping this is a one‑off and won’t happen again. I’m incredibly lucky to have such amazing, supportive customers, and I’m grateful for every single person who treats the shed with the honesty it’s built on. 💚

Blimey, I just went to check the shed and there is a jalapeños cheddar focaccia left!!! One bag of bounty granola and 2 small loaves. I am open till 6pm so come and grab some yummy sourdough goodies 😋
