Wow, thank you so much to everyone who has visited the cake shed so far today! You've truly ransacked it (theres still plenty dont worry!), and I'm so glad you're enjoying your bakes. Just a reminder that we're open until 8p.m.

Also, a quick gentle note for cash payments, someone accidentally paid with a one euro coin instead of a one pound coin today. It's an easy mistake to make, so please just double check your change when paying.
Thank you all so much for your support!

ANOTHER 5-STAR HYGIENE RATING!

Inspection #3 is officially done and dusted! The inspector said the bakery was pristine and left me with zero notes!!
Behind every bake is endless scrubbing, sanitising, and deep cleaning. Hearing that feedback means the absolute world to me as food hygiene and safety is a top priority for me. Thank you all for supporting my small business and trusting me with your sweet treats! Time to celebrate with the cake shed this weekend!!

A little slice of woodland magic!

This sweet cottagecore cake was really fun to decorate! The whimsical toadstools, piped grass, and delicate florals create a beautiful fairytale aesthetic. Bonus, the cake is fully vegan!

Hey everyone!
A massive thank you to everyone who popped by for our reopening week it was so lovely seeing you all. I hope that everyone enjoyed their treats!

Now that we’re back up and running, I wanted to share how the Dessert Den will be operating moving forward! To make sure I can give you the absolute best bakes while balancing custom orders (and actually getting a chance to catch my breath!), the shed will be open fortnightly.

I’ll post a schedule at the beginning of every month so you always know which weekends the shed will be open. It’ll generally be every two weeks, unless stated otherwise for example when I have an event to attend or a large amount of custom orders. The shed will be open 16th, 17th, 18th of this month.
I’ve also set our official opening hours for shed weekends:
Friday: 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Opening at 10:00 am on the weekend gives the shed a nice, gentle start to the morning while still giving you plenty of time to pop along early for your weekend treats.
As always, the menu will be posted on Friday mornings, and you’re more than welcome to drop me a message to pre-order your favourites. Thank you all so much for supporting my little bakery, I can’t wait for our next shed weekend!
