This weekend I had the pleasure of having a stand at the gorgeous during their Christmas shopping event, sharing my signature flavour cake canapés and festive- not to mention moreish gingerbread!

All show casing the wonderful treats I have on offer through December. It was so wonderful to meet lots of new people and to have such a warm welcome from all the lovely ladies who run the beautiful shop!

I had the absolute pleasure of creating the ultimate Birthday package for to celebrate her husband turning 40! From a classy black and gold Birthday cake to celebrate with Friends and Family at home.. to then creating an epic tiered cake stand of bespoke cakes for their black tie event at the Casino at

Every detail hand crafted and showcased to impress.

The whole set up was amazing..

Childhood magic ✨ 🧚🍄

What makes this so magical?

This design was created for my daughter’s 4th Birthday, I hoped to capture all that is magical in childhood.

🧚Sharing stories of fairies who live in enchanted forrests. The mossy floor where toadstools grow in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Fluttering butterflies and little friendly snails all nestled amongst beautiful wildflowers.

🌼Little daisies used to make daisy chains, gifts of love and friendship and buttercups used to do the no fail test to see if you like butter.. dandelions “fairies” blown to make precious wishes and one of our family favourites pink Pom Pom poppies.. springing up in the most unlikely of places on the sides of the streets on our preschool walk, making us smile every time bringing colour and sunshine to the smallest of places growing with the weeds.
💐Bringing home wild bouquets almost everyday for the table at teatime.

How lucky I feel to experience these small pieces of magic in our everyday ❤️

✨W O W ! My work has been featured in a magazine! ✨

🌸🌿I love how this floral cake has become a signature style of mine and now it is being recognised by editors of Magazines.!

🎨🖌️ reached out to let me know they were going to feature my work..for my creative
use of range of lustre dusts and pro gel food colouring which I used to make edible paints to create this beautiful design.

✨This has been a pretty cool milestone in my business.. to be featured alongside some incredible cake artists, definitely something I’m feeling very proud of! 🤍

M O O D. B O A R D..⛰️

I always create a mood board at the start of a design process.. this helps to get thoughts that are racing through my brain into something that becomes easier to work with. I’m a very visual learner and I need to be able to see things to create, so I will research (usually for days or weeks)to start building a visual and vibe for your cake.

So much thought and love goes into creating your bespoke designs.. so I wanted to share a glimpse of this with you.

This is the mood board for the “Cowboy cake” which developed into “Cowboys in Montana” through the design process including client research, visual research, sketching, mock ups and practise.

I really loved this end design, it was how I envisioned it, it had the feel and vibe I wanted and it blew the client’s away!

It was an epic piece of edible art to celebrate a 50th Birthday with family and friends! ✨I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below! ✨

🌸This is Me.. I’m a person of simple pleasures, I love cake, tea and the freedom to create beautiful things. Painting, sculpting and drawing makes me feel happy and calm. When I started this business I found a new sense of love and appreciation for flowers and connecting with nature. I saved for my Kitchen Aid Mixer and with that finally made the decision to dive in and start my cake buisness.. now I couldn’t live without it and I have loved watching my business, skills, knowledge and passion grow 🌸🤍🎨
