While the town sleeps, we're already at work. 🌙🍞
Every loaf is mixed, shaped and prepared by hand. It's long, it's tiring, but knowing our bread will be part of your breakfast table makes every early morning worth it.
Thank you for supporting our little bakery. ❤️

One thing we hear a lot is:
"I've never heard of you."
"I didn't know you were here."
And honestly... we understand.
We've never been very good at marketing ourselves. While others are creating content, we're usually making bread, looking after customers, supporting our team, and learning something new.
Our photos aren't always perfect, and sometimes we forget to post. That's because our focus has always been on what happens inside the bakery.
Good bread. Good people. Good teamwork. Good vibes.
We don't need to be the biggest bakery or win awards.
Our biggest reward is you.
Your loyalty. Your support. Your kind words. The fact that you keep coming back.

Because this bakery isn't built on marketing.
It's built on people. ❤️

There’s something special about sourdough. It teaches patience, humility, and trust in the process. Every loaf is a little different, shaped by time, temperature, and care. We don't just make bread — we nurture a living culture and watch it transform simple ingredients into something truly beautiful.

Master baker watching!!:)
