✨🍫Chocolate work🍫✨
The last few weeks I have been doing chocolate work at college and I’ve been loving it!
Pictures:
1-3. Chocolate showpiece with white and dark chocolate as well as modelling chocolate and butterfly tuiles with MSK silicone mould🦋

8&9. Geo Passion fruit, dark chocolate ganache filled leaves and raspberry ganache filled cherry petit fours 🍁
10. My hand painted cherry chocolates, these took a very long time to paint! 🍒

Bon appetite 👩🏼‍🍳
Last week I made a 5 course meal for my family to practice for my exam!
*Dish 1 - Amuse bouche 🍄
Mushroom Arancini with Parmesan crisps and mayonnaise.
*Dish 2 - Starter 🥕
Carrot soup with curried carrots and pea shoots.
*Dish 3 - Pre main course 🥣
Paupiette and a Goujon of plaice with a fennel herb, white wine cream sauce and solferino vegetables.
Also for the vegetarian I made a spinach and ricotta tagliatelle
Dish 4 - Main course 🍽️
Breast of lamb filled with sausage meat and a red white jus.
Then, for the vegetarian I made a Ratatouille, both mains were served with dauphinoise potatoes.
Dish 5 - Dessert 🍋
Lemon tart served with a vanilla ice cream
*I also made some garlic and rosemary focaccia (not pictured) 🍞

Happy to win second prize in a cake competition I entered this weekend at country fest!
I made a cookies and cream cake with rainbow stripes to decorate. I used a scraper and piping nozzles😍Definitely one of my favourite cakes I have made!

Football, magician and lego cake for my brother’s birthday party this weekend! His request.. and had to all be chocolate of course ❤️
