Pure Bakes began as Cakes Free From in 2017, a small homegrown business born from my passion for baking and my journey into plant-based living. At the time, I found it difficult to get hold of vegan cakes that actually tasted amazing — so I rolled up my sleeves and started making them myself. Over the y
ears, what started as a few homemade cakes has grown into something much bigger. Pure Bakes is the next chapter — a bakery focused on joy, indulgence, and creativity, all without eggs, dairy, or compromise. Every single bake is 100% plant-based and thoughtfully made to be inclusive for those with common allergies too, as much as possible. From gooey stuffed cookies and rich brownies to custom celebration cakes, Pure Bakes is here to prove that “free-from” can still mean full of flavour, fun, and imagination. This is baking that makes everyone feel included. I can also do Gluten free cakes, although I cannot guarantee cross contamination from my kitchen, please be aware in case of allergy.
