Only two boxes available! This utterly delicious cake is moist, just the perfect amount of citrus and topped with rich dark chocolate ganache — similar to a Jaffa Cake, but so much better! 😋🍫

Made with ground almonds instead of flour, it’s naturally gluten-free and packed with clementines to give it that delicate citrus flavour.

Featuring a handcrafted fondant teddy bear made by me, soft sage green and ivory ombré buttercream covering and elegant gold and sage spheres to finish the cake off.

This elegant two-tier cake is made with my delicious chocolate sponge, filled with whipped milk chocolate buttercream and finished in beautiful shades of pink sugarpaste.

The ch*****ne bottle and w**e cooler were both handmade by me from fondant, with a delicate pink spray finish to create that lovely soft glow. Finished with sugar roses, delicate drips and a touch of gold, it’s a gorgeous way to celebrate a special milestone! 💗

This is a design I’ve created before, and one of the reasons I love sharing my work here. My posts act as a little catalogue of cake ideas for potential customers, giving them inspiration and a starting point when planning their own bespoke cake.

Of course, I’m always happy to explore new designs and create something I’ve never made before, but sometimes seeing an example helps customers discover what they like and gives us a starting point to work together.

The background was enhanced using AI to create a soft, elegant setting that complements the cake’s beautiful pink tones.
