✨ JOB VACANCY – WEDDING STYLING ASSISTANT ✨
As our wedding styling business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable, hardworking and friendly Styling Assistant to join our team on a freelance basis
This role would suit someone who:
• has a creative eye and attention to detail
• is practical, hands-on and hardworking
• is physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy décor items
• is reliable, punctual and committed
• can work effectively under pressure
• is flexible with weekdays, weekends and long hours
• is available for early morning starts and occasional midnight collections
• holds a full UK driving licence
• is confident driving a van independently
• is organised and able to work both alone and within a team
✨ Duties may include:
• wedding venue setup and styling
• loading and unloading vans
• transporting décor and stock to venues
• lifting, moving and arranging styling items
• packing down after events
• late night / midnight collections
• stock prep and organising in the warehouse/studio
• helping bring couples’ wedding visions to life
⏰ Working hours vary depending on weddings and events.
Typical working hours can start from 7am until approximately 4pm, however some weddings may require longer hours and late-night collections.
📍 We are based in Whitwick , Leicestershire, where we depart from for wedding set-ups and collections.
This role is ideal for someone flexible and dependable, as wedding and event work can involve long days, weekend work and travelling to venues.
