So my recap from.the Kirby Muxloe Community market on the 27th of September 🥰!

I took hot chocolate cupcakes , lemon and white chocolate cupcakes , blackberry vanilla and chocolate cupcakes and biscoff cupcakes!

I sold quite a few at the stall however come away with a fair few leftovers that I needed to shift!

I took them to.my monthly book club and thanks to everyone's generous donations I was able to donate £95 the Little Be Charity!!!!!

Thank you as always to everyone that bought a cake 🥰

This is my final market stall until Christmas now however me and my little mascot are gonna tick off more of the baked good A-Z over the next few weeks so stay tuned ☺️

Moira Market stall recap
So from my Moira Market stall at their annual woodland festival I managed to raise £45 for the Woodland Trust!

I had woodland themed cakes with chocolate logs , chocolate and mint nests and Jammy dodger toad stalls . I love working to a theme allows me to get a bit creative ☺️

Lemon and white chocolate cupcakes

Sometimes when I have many market stalls on the bounce I struggle to post the market stall pictures that I make such an effort to take 🤣🤣.

So here is the Moira Bank Holiday Market pictures. I managed to raise £56 for the RSPB I had a very successful day managing to sell all 63 of my cupcakes!
This was my last Hurrah for the summer flavours Pink Lemonade , Zesty Orange and cookies and cream!
It's a hectic life because I am onto the next one tomorrow I am Kirby Muxlow Scarecrow Festival it was a great stall last year so hoping for the same! Expect the autumnal range 😝😝

So my first stall from the weekend was the Leicester Animal Aid dog show! Last year this event completely sold me out so I made sure to come prepared!

I took all 120 of my cakes and sold out of every single one wow what an event!

I managed to raise them a massive £160

Thank you for such a wonderful day as always 😝

What a weekend!!!!! We shall recap throughout the week because I am gonna be on this high for a while 😀!

2 stalls over 170 bakes made and sold with only 3 left!

Lots of money raised for Leicester Animal Aid and the RSPB

So tomorrow is my first market stall as a mum 😁!

I am at Huncote Sports and Social Club 12-4pm for Leicester Animal Aid's Dog show!

So what's on the menu:

Chocolate, Raspberry and Vanilla cupcakes . A vanilla sponge , vanilla buttercream , chocolate ganache and raspberry buttercream hopefully this will remind you of your favourite icecream combo!

Salted Caramel Cupcakes. A brown butter caramel sponge , brown butter buttercream ,popcorn and salted caramel sauce

Cherry Bakewell Cupcakes. almond flavoured sponge , raspberry jam centre , almond buttercream and raspberry buttercream drizzled on top with the place cherry to finish

Double chocolate cupcakes. A chocolate sponge , a rich chocolate ganache and white chocolate shard and shavings .

Cookies and Cream Cupcakes. Vanilla sponge with smarties ,vanilla buttercream, smarties, shortbread hearts and dark chocolate drizzled on top

Pink lemonade cupcakes (vegan). Lemon sponge , lemon buttercream, raspberry buttercream finished with a raspberry drizzle.

So the pictures from Ticknall Village Fete!

On Bank Holiday I set up for my stall! I was raising money for Cats Protection. I was located next to the bouncy castle and everything was going swimmingly I was getting plenty of custom from bouncing kids and their parents. However half way through the day their generator packed in and my stall became a distinct backwater! It was quite dispiriting but some things are out of my control and you have to make peace with them 😊

Within 90 minutes the bouncy castle came back up and my customers started coming! I raised £140 for Cats Protection!

Another Successful day at Ticknall Village Fete!

So last weekend marked 5 years of Ticknall Village Fete and Sophie's Charity bakes!

Ticknall Village Fete was one of the very first market stalls I was offered back in 2022 which was mad! At the time I couldn't believe I had scored such a big event! It was also my first ever sell out market stall and I was so happy I cried! Over the years I have raised money for HeartLink , Papyrus , Whales and Dolphins Association, Leicester Animal Aid and Cats Protection.

It's always one of the biggest events of the year and this was no different hopefully we can make it 6 years in a row 👌🏻👌🏻

So round 2 tomorrow!!! All ready with another set of bakes to raise money for Cats Protection at Ticknall village Fete 11-4pm Monday 4th!

The weather appears to be dry if a little cloudy fairly perfect conditions ( I sometimes loose custom to ice cream of it's too nice 😆)!

I will be taking:

Jammy Dodger Cupcakes
Double Chocolate Cupcakes (these sold out on Saturday)
Orange and Vanilla vegan Cupcakes
Banoffee Cupcakes
Cherry Bakewell Cupcakes

As well as Gluten Free tiffin

All £2 each or 3 for £5 with cash and card payments accepted!

We had a really good Saturday fingers crossed for tomorrow!
