Hi I’ve decided to start my own mini baking business. I do most patisserie items today I’m making mini Victoria sponges and a whole one, chocolate chip cookies and an apple crumble and possibly some brownies. I’ll be doing weekly bakes for anyone interested.

I studied patisserie and confectionery at a level 2 and am applying for a level 3 very soon. Baking is something I’ve become quite passionate about and am hoping I can make this work. If you would like anything at all please let me know. I will also be taking any request… so if you don’t want anything I’ve done on a weekly bake please feel free to ask as I’m sure I’ll have the ingredients for it.
