It’s that time of year again where I’ve been making homemade ice-cream - so many flavours in my head but so little room in my freezer. This time I made, salted caramel, mint chocolate chip, tiramisu, kinder bueno and lemon meringue. Just rather upset that when trying to load the freezer, half the kinder bueno one ended up all over the floor 😭!! What flavours would you like to see?

When you are in the middle of baking a cake for a friend and your electricity cuts out for a fraction of a second - not enough for you to notice but enough to turn your oven off mid bake!! The result is a collapsed cake and the invention of a whole new set of profanities. After stepping away for a bit, the cake was repurposed into a delicious cloud cake for desert and a new cake is currently baking.
