Who says that can’t taste as good!?
People seem to have the overwhelming impression that food is somehow less worthy than its’ counterpart, as well as being deemed less tasty, and, from my own experience, I have to admit that supermarket cakes/treats etc would certainly support this idea.
However, I have never had anyone tell me that any of my cakes/bakes tasted Gluten Free. The opposite in fact! Most people will tell me that they could not taste any difference and would not have known it was Gluten Free if they hadn’t been told. I love to hear this and it just goes to prove that Gluten Free can be just as enjoyable if made correctly and not mass produced!

Red Velvet sponge layers, sandwiched together with silky Vanilla Buttercream. Covered in more of the same buttercream, and topped with an edible cake topper and handmade edible accessories.

Gluten free Bronuts, made from Brownie mixture, baked in a donut shaped mould and topped with chocolate and a choice of different toppings - pieces of and strawberry infused apple pieces. These are absolutely delicious 😋 and are the perfect alternative to a cake
