🥧 Tiramisu Cookie Pie 🥧

• Chocolate cookie dough crust
• Dark choc coffee ganache
• Mascarpone buttercream
• Cocoa dusting

This beast of a pie was new at the weekend and people went wild for it! I think it needs a couple of tweaks but safe to say it’s staying on the menu!
