Hi everyone! 👋 I wanted to reintroduce myself for those who are new here!

I'm Claire, and as you can probably tell, I'm absolutely obsessed with gluten-free baking! My journey started as a marketer, but my passion for making delicious, GF food (especially bread that's a pleasure to eat, not a disappointment!) eventually led me to create The Happy Gut Bakery.

When I'm not in the kitchen baking, I'm a very proud mum to 3 grown-up kids (my eldest is 30! Where does the time go?), and a "dog grandma" to the adorable Raffi the Cavapoo 🐾. I also love diving into any kind of historical fiction book, and am currently learning Italian because... well, who doesn't love Italian food?!
