Clove Bakery has now officially closed.
Over the last year, I've done my best to give this space new life - to honour its legacy while shaping it with my own vision and passion. From sculptural cakes to high-end events, Clove became a place where edible design met celebration.
But some seasons end to make room for others.
Behind the scenes, I was also navigating the realities of being a full-time mother - and one of my children lives with Cystic Fibrosis. As the demands to caregiving grew, so did the need to shift my focus. After much reflection, I made the difficult but necessary choice to step away from Clove and prioritise my family.
Thank you to every client, collaborator, follower and supplier who supported this chapter. I'm deeply grateful.
