One of our customers’ favourites is now available at both Tintin locations.

A thick slice of our naturally fermented sourdough country bread, toasted with garlic and olive oil, then layered with cheese, avocado and egg.

Simple ingredients. Real craftsmanship. Every component made to let the sourdough shine.

We have never been chasing “more.”

We’ve been chasing “better.”

Better ingredients.
Better flavour.
Better craftsmanship.
Better baking.

Today, another chapter begins. We dreamed of building a place where fermentation is respected. Where flavour is never rushed. Where time is an ingredient.

Our croissants, and all laminated pastries are now naturally leavened with sourdough.

It has taken time to get here.
Countless early mornings.
Experiments that failed.
Recipes rewritten.
Patience.

But that’s exactly why we chose it.

Because we don’t believe the best things should be rushed.

This is the bakery we have always wanted to become.

And we’re just getting started. 🤍
