New Menu out! This week I am really excited because all the fresh fruit is in season, even the blackberries are starting to ripen! This week’s menu is inspired by this. A couple weeks ago I received a huge bag of local organic culinary lavender, and my first thought was scones! Lemon Lavender with a lemon glaze to be specific, the fresh lavender really comes through in such a nice way. Im also excited about my new dark chocolate cherry cookies, they are my favourite double chocolate cookies with chunks of cherry throughout.
