Everything good about a s’more, in a cookie. This salted dark chocolate dough has marshmallows, graham crackers and chopped dark chocolate mixed in & all topped off with a large torched marshmallow.

Thumbprint cookie & oatmeal cookie had a baby. This anytime-of-day-no-judgement cookie has an oatmeal cookie base with a massive helping of freshly homemade strawberry rhubarb jam from my dad’s peninsula garden!
