This weekend come hit up a local market and support small business. Your support means the world to this mompreneur.

The nights before markets I’m averaging 2-3 hours sleep to make sure your m**fs are fresh, flavourful, and completely gluten free (not that you’d know!). All the kind words and great reviews make it so worthwhile. Started while on mat leave, M**f really was born out of my love of a m**fin and coffee. It was my new mom fuel- caffeine and baked goods that can be eaten with one hand while nursing a babe for hours on end!🤱🏻 ☕️

I think special things are what it’s all about.

Some people just aren’t my people!

I genuinely love everything about m**fins — the crispy tops, the soft middles, the size that is “just enough”, the way a warm m**fin can fix a questionable day.

So yes, I did rebuild my entire personality around 100% gluten-free, 100% delicious, bakery-style m**fins.
No regrets. Life couldn’t be better.
