The Cookie Guy is seeking a full-time salaried Retail Manager starting September 06, 2021. The job requirements include, but are not limited to:
1) Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
2) Achieve high levels of sales performance
3) Hire talents to meet store company needs
4) Provide feedback through ongoing training, coaching, counseling, assessments and setting challenging goals to improve employee performance through effective use of development plans
5) Manage employees in ex*****on of daily tasks to maximize sales
6) Manage visual standards in the store, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting and general maintenance
7) Monitor store profitability
8) Review and monitor inventory levels
9) Help solve prior lens that affect the stores service, efficiency and productivity
