The cookie the Gem was built on: The Jumbo Cookie ✨🫶

a perfect (to me) chocolate chip cookie. thick and gooey on the inside, crisp on the outside. loaded with chocolate chips and love. voted best chocolate chip cookie on vancouver island by food bloggers and locals alike, the Jumbo Cookie began in my home kitchen over broken hearts & celebrations requiring treats. now, we get to enjoy it just because.

because it’s Saturday.
because the lawnmower broke.
because enjoyment doesn’t need a because.
