What is PureBrew by Victoria Arduino?

Say hello to PureBrew Technology — a revolutionary method that transforms your espresso machine into a specialty filter brewer, and also available as standalone unit.

✨ Using a unique pulsating flow and a specially designed, no-pressure cone filter, PureBrew lets you extract filter-style coffee directly from your espresso group.

The result? Clean, aromatic, full-bodied brews — without needing a pour-over station.

How it works:

1. Low-Pressure Pulsing Extraction:
Instead of constant high-pressure like espresso, PureBrew uses a variable pressure pulsating flow — a precise, non-pressure water delivery method that mimics filter brewing.

2. Stainless Steel Filter Basket:
The basket is a cone-shaped, precision-engineered stainless steel filter with no paper. It provides consistent flow and clean clarity, and it’s reusable — making it eco-friendly.

3. Pre-set Recipes + Customization:
The machine offers PureBrew profiles that adjust flow, temperature, and pulse rhythm, optimized for different roasts and origins. Baristas can also program custom recipes.

4. One-Touch Filter Brew from an Espresso Group:
You just load the coffee, select a PureBrew profile, and the Black Eagle Maverick takes care of the rest. You get a high-quality filter brew in a matter of seconds — even in a rush.

💡 Perfect for:
✔️ Brewing high-extraction profiles from single-origin coffees
✔️ Offering a filter coffee experience in high-volume environments
✔️ Elevating your café menu with zero added equipment

🔬 Exclusive to the Black Eagle Maverick, PureBrew blurs the line between espresso and filter coffee. Ready to serve the future?

IS YOUR COFFEE EQUIVALENT LEAKING MICROPLASTICS?

Recent studies have raised concerns about the materials used in some coffee-making equipment. When hot water passes through plastic components, especially in lower-cost machines, there’s potential for microplastics and chemicals like BPA and phthalates to leach into your brew.

🔬 Research Highlights:
• A study published in Food Chemistry found that brewing coffee using plastic drip bags at 95°C for 5 minutes could release over 10,000 microplastic particles into a single cup.
• Investigations have shown that certain plastics, such as polycarbonate and polypropylene, can leach chemicals like BPA and phthalates when exposed to high temperatures.

⚠️ Health Implications:

While the long-term health effects are still being studied, microplastics have been detected in human tissues, and exposure to chemicals like BPA has been linked to hormonal disruptions and other health concerns.

✅Recommendations:
• Opt for coffee makers made from stainless steel, glass, or other non-plastic materials.
• Avoid single-use plastic components; instead, use reusable filters and mugs.
• Be cautious with plastic coffee pods and drip bags, especially when exposed to high temperatures.

Your daily coffee ritual should be a source of comfort, not a hidden health risk.
