Desmon Tutu once said: “If you’re neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor”. As an organisation, it is our responsibility to stand-up against racism so we chose to stand in solidarity with the black community against injustice.
To our black clients, colleagues, suppliers, friends and family around the world: We see you. We hear you. We stand with you. We’re ashamed and sorry. As “white” business owners, we will never experience or understand the fear and the pain you live with day in and day out. We’re committed to create a safe, diverse and inclusive professional environment where everyone can thrive together, regardless of race, gender, faith, or sexuality.
Racism is rooted in ignorance and because it looks like hate but also like privilege and access, we’ll do our part to care for and love one another in action. We promise to try harder, to do better and to inspire change.
