Briofritters and brio minis
You asked for minis... so we went into the kitchen and completely broke the rules. 🤫. So many of you have been asking for brioche minis and apples in the fritters, but the brioche needed adjustments for that style to work. So, we spent weeks messing around with our brioche dough, until we created a brand-new crazy-custom brioche dough built just to lock in big chunks of apple and cinnamon spice and be crispy on the outside! Say hello to our new Apple Briofritters—and yes, they come in full-size. AND we can now make the highly requested brioche minis. A rich dough with lots of eggs and butter fluffy, pillowy on the inside. Available on Uber Eats.
Do order in advance if you can. We want to make enough so you won’t miss out. Available now! Today is the first day.
