Baking is truly my passion. Iโ€™m constantly testing and improving everything โ€” the dough, fermentation, baking temperature, texture, and new flavors โ€” because I want every salt bread I make to be something you take one bite of and immediately want again.

๐Ÿ“ We are a home-based bakery located in Downtown Toronto.
I studied baking and pastry at Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago and Seoul Hotel Tourism Technical School in South Korea. Before coming to Canada, I also ran my own bakery business for two years.

โœจ I was amazed by how well salt bread pairs with so many different flavors, so I prepared a variety of options for you!

We use fresh and high quality ingredients only. We were completely sold out on pop up.

Not too sweet good sugar amount. Size is big.

Strawberry and white chocolate taste
(Freeze dried strawberries slices, dices)
Peanuts, peanuts butter and dark chocolate taste.
Matcha taste.
Oreo taste.
Levain double chocolate taste.

Order minumum 4 and bulk orders are possible too.(let me know)
You can pick them on downtown toronto. We are homebased business at downtown toronto.
