🍪 A LITTLE UPDATE.. REAL TALK❤️
Hi Cookie friends! I wanted to post a little update and let you know what's in store for The Cookie Gal Kitchen in 2026.
Right now, I don’t currently have a kitchen space to work out of, and I’m also navigating the outcome of a knee injury that kept me off my feet longer than expected. Between healing and figuring out those changes, my original business plans shifted — and my finances took a hit too.
At the moment, I need to focus on other work to rebuild the foundation, and I’m not sure yet when my kitchen situation will be sorted. Running a business the way you want to — and the way that’s legal and sustainable — is more expensive and complicated than it looks. Progress isn’t always linear, even when the passion is still there.
The Cookie Gal isn’t gone — she’s just in a rebuilding season. I don’t know exactly what her return will look like yet, but I wanted to be transparent with the people who’ve supported me from the beginning. I'll post updates here on my page as they come!

I’ll still be popping in here with food and baking content from time to time, because that joy hasn’t gone anywhere — even if it’s happening at home for now.
