Each week we will be baking Organic Artisan Breads and selling them through our tiny honour box at the foot of our driveway. Hello, my name is Craig, and I am the founder of the Honour Box Bakery. Each week I bake a selection of traditional organic artisan sourdough breads as well as some goodies and sell them through our honour box at the foot of our driveway here in Stillwater. I love making br

ead and after having seen all the egg honour boxes (which I love to buy from) in the region I thought it would be a great way to connect people with quality, healthy, organic sourdough bread. I am a Red Seal Journeyman and Food Safe Certified Baker who is committed to providing a source of organic, wholesome bread.

Big night in the Wee Bakery!
Croissants, walnut danish made with buttery croissant dough... OMG! Great breads, rustic french, med rye and a wholewheat harvest. Ginger cookies, a wild all in type Hermit cookie with Choc Chips, walnuts, raisins and cranberries. Then the usual suspects. All out for 1pm. Downtown Stillwater. See you then!

Southlanders.... joy often comes in the simplest of forms. The shape of a crescent moon or the crescent shape of a humble croissant. Butter also gives me joy, which is ample in my croissants. Not so much for the moon, which I believe is thought to be cheese! Which goes perfectly with..... you see where I'm going right!
Yes fresh butter croissants, ginger cookies, galettes, bread and more. Oh and of course Blueberry Cinnamon Buns!

Lots of classic rustic country baking.
Like my fruit galette or as aome might call it, a picnic pie. Break it in half and share it with a friend. Also amazing as a home compliment to ice cream. Oh Gosh.

Oh that eternal question...what's on your mind.... well today Southies, it's whether or not I should make GF peanut butter cookies or ginger or both. I mean there are other things to think of for sure but a bake day is not just an ordinary day... it takes deep, calculated thought to get through. So many critical decisions to make.... like butter tarts or croissants. I hope you will come and discover how it all played out!
The Honour Box will be open this Friday. 1pm stocked and ready to satisfy. Eccles Cakes, Yes. Cinnamon Buns, Yes.... and more.

Good Morning Southies,
If you couldn't get out south yesterday, we still have a selection of breads, croissants, cookies and scones. All perfect, fresh as ever and available at 9am in the box. The croissants are simply amazing toasted with Jam and Brie or as the base for an egg sandwich.
Made with both Poolish and Levain( sourdough) and tons of butter they are flavor rich and amazingly crispy when toasted or reheated. Perfect for slow Saturdays.
Open today from 9am till we run out.
