When your parents go to South Carolina and you ask them to clean out Hobby Lobby with these Emulsions. Even with the exchange they are cheaper than here.

Emulsions are intense flavours, when used in sugar cookies. The flavoring doesn't "bake off" as the cookie bakes, since they are water based. Extracts do "bake off" as they are alcohol based. I have already used Lemon and Caramel, fantastic flavours. Excited to try the other ones, especially with Mom and Dad's day coming soon!

Tried to new sugar cookie recipes. I'm not a fan of the vanilla ones. These two are chocolate and lemon. They are absolutely amazing. The lemon ones seems to spread, so fridge before baking.nTomorrow may try the caramel flavored ones. So excited to get on this sugar cookie and royal icing band wagon.
