There’s something special about gathering in community to have fun and learn a new skill.

This past sweekend, we paused for a few hours to shape sourdough pumpkins, share a few laughs, and simply enjoy being part of something bigger than the everyday.

No rushing. No multitasking. Just good company, good conversation, and the simple satisfaction of doing something with our hands.

This is what I want these workshops to be: a place to gather, create, learn, laugh, and take a little pause from routine and the demands of every day.

Thank you to everyone who spent part of their weekend with me 🍂 And of course, it’s been wonderful seeing the sourdough pumpkins you went home with to bake. Swipe all the way through to see one of the class participant loaves. Amazing! 🎃

Baking is absolutely my passion. And I love putting together menus that offer something for everyone. This week is no exception.

I held off until October to include some pumpkin and it’s here in Pumpkin Cinnamon loaf form.

If you want to be ahead of the stuffing game for Thanksgiving, grab a loaf of Herbed loaf.

Tomato & Twilight Focaccia gives a nod to fall tomatoes and purple onions.

Browned Butter Chocolate Chip cookies always comfort. And with the massive popularity of last week’s Apple Crisp scones, they’re back!
