Made a giant cupcake on a base for a little girl turning 2! Mom and Dad seemed happy with the design and Uncle Royce was thrilled with the flavour - so a win win for me!!! LOL!! Strawberry champagne cake with dehydrated strawberries for the filling. Was a tad sweeter than usual - could have been from the champagne in the icing!!
