A handwritten thank-you that means more than any formal recognition. ❤️

Every night, our unsold bread and baked goods are picked up by a local charity and given to people who need food. Today, we received this beautiful handwritten postcard from one of the people involved in that work.

What touched me most was that they recognized something very simple: at the end of a long day, it would be easier to throw away the leftovers and close the doors. Instead, we choose to make sure the food has another purpose.

Their words are a reminder that what may look like “leftovers” to us can mean a meal to someone else.

Thank you for the beautiful message. We are grateful to be part of something that turns surplus food into something meaningful. 🥖❤️
