One of my favourite things about running this business in the last 6 years is having people from younger years find and order from me. One of my best friends in elementary/middle school (that I’ve since lost touch with) was looking for a cookie artist and came across my page for the first time. Still completely swooning over this hungry caterpillar order from last week! This is such a different technique than I hardly get a chance to use - the colours are entirely painted on by hand onto white icing, vs. Actually colouring the icing first. Each food item is entirely unique and one of a kind - I couldn’t even fit them all into my photos.

The colours were actually added in layers, staring with light bases and slowly adding in detail - giving cookies a chance to dry in between “coats”.

I timed my painting at 4h15 minutes on 26 cookies, which to some may sound like a lot - but I think is pretty good for the level of detail I was able to achieve! I’m so grateful to my wonderful clients who give me the freedom and creative license to pour into this kind of project. Truly thank you SO much, which will never seem like enough! 🩷🐛 You all are the best!!!

I polled you guys on what you wanted most and I listened! Pickups will be in Bells Corners from June 17th-20th and June 23rd-25th (I’ll be in touch to confirm your preferred pickup time).

I also didn’t get a chance to print off tags and box backers for samples, but they’ll all come with some extra cute packaging as well - perfect for gifting!
