Summer is right around the corner but let’s make sure we say a heartfelt goodbye to Spring! 💐
At the moment we got a great feature espresso from September Coffee Company on our grinder. Midnight Jam is a natural processed Ethiopian bean farmed by Basha Bekele Specialty Coffee, featuring juicy notes of ripe plum, mixed berries with a delicious chocolate finish. We’ve been really enjoying this roast as an affogato, but also comes through really nice in a latte, hot or iced!
There’s a wee bit more time to enjoy our Spring Drinks until we run out of the ingredients. The Floral Honey not only looks cute, but tastes delicious featuring Rose and Orange blossom in the syrup (Oliver’s been loving it in a flat white with said feature espresso!!)
Don’t forget we are getting flowers delivered every Friday from Almanac Flower Co. / Amy St. John, we are just over the moon when Amy delivers these bouquets to us. We’ll see you soon!
