There’s much valuable time spent sketching, matching colours and communicating back and forth to our clients.Large tiered celebration cakes often require engineering gravity defying structure’s, special handling, climate control and dedicated transit time to ensure the masterpiece arrives safely. Unlike big factories we must purchase our ingredients in smaller batches which is needed for specific custom orders leading to higher cost per recipe.
