Made these banana pineapple no sugar added cupcakes stuffed with dark Valrhona chocolate and topped with more dark Valhrona chocolate ganache and sprinkles for lovely clinic staff!

For a special little girl's Mickey Mouse themed birthday party... 60+ Oero cookies were dipped in red chocolate, decorated with sugar candy "buttons" and chocolate wafer ears added.

She also requested chocolate banana as her cupcake flavor, and guests had egg, nut and soy allergies... swipe to the end to see the cupcakes!

Made freshly baked eggfree, nut free, soy free, vegan double chocolate banana cupcakes stuffed with Valrhona chocolate and frosted with chocolate buttercream! (That's a mouthful and a tasty mouthful at that 😄) half decorated with some simple Mickey cupcake inserts, the rest, just tinted the chocolate buttercream and played with some new piping tips!

Mmm.. its the tail end of blueberry season, so made a rustic graham cracker based tart with a bright lemon, mandarin orange custard, and topped with lots of fresh blueberries and a simple fruit glaze. Citrus zest and organic edible pansies to add a pop of color.

Enjoy a taste of late summer as the cooler fall weather settles in.
