Exploring YEG Bakeries & Cafés: ☕️ This visit was Paris Baguette @ the West Edmonton Mall location.
Items I tried include:
~Brewed Coffee
~Coffee Croissant Donut
~Chicken Caesar Wrap

The coffee croissant donut was definitely the star of the show-Light & fully & not greasy. The brewed coffee was fine, nothing special but tasted slightly burnt. The chicken wrap was flavourful and filling.

There are so many yummy looking food options I will for sure have to go back and try more! 😊

-Drip Coffee
-Pain Au Chocolate

Both items I tried were delicious & fairly priced. The staff were super nice & welcoming. They only offer a small pastry menu but everything they had looked amazing. Aesthetically cozy & simple. A great cafe option in Edmonton ☕️🥐

Exploring YEG Bakeries & Cafés: ☕️ Special Edition- Drumheller 🦖
-This months visit was- Black Mountain Roasters

Items I tried include:
-Caramel Macchiato-Both hot & iced
-Cinnamon Bun
-Breakfast Sandwich

This cafe was so cute, I wish there was one in Edmonton. Everything I tried was amazing! The owner is super sweet and you can tell she loves what she does. Anytime I’m in Drumheller I will be stopping by!

-Salted Caramel Latte ☕️
-White Chocolate Raspberry Muffin
-Croissant Sandwich 🥐

Whisk Bakeshop is definitely in my top 5 cafe/bakeries atm!
-Everything was delicious & reasonably priced. Lots of seating and very clean.
I highly recommend trying if you haven’t been!

The coffee was delish and so were the treats-nothing was overly sweet. The bakery itself was modern looking and an overall cute and welcoming space. I visited the Cameron Heights location but there is also a second location in Sherwood Park ☺️

Items I tried include:
-Iced Salted Caramel Latte
-Bagel
-Turkey Wrap

-The coffee was great & refreshing. The turkey wrap was super filling and unique in a good way. The bagel was amazing, I would go back just for it, one of the best I’ve tried in Edmonton

Little Brick has a friendly & cozy atmosphere. They sell local goods as-well. Definitely worth checking out! ☺️

My Story

Thank you for visiting my page.

My passion is baking and cake decorating. I love baking anything from basic chocolate chips cookies all the way to tiered wedding cakes, with my ultimate favorite being cake decorating. My goal is one day to open up my own cafe; a place to get a delicious cup of coffee and order from a selection of pastries & desserts, whether just stopping by to pick up, working on your own projects, or taking in the amazing vibes cafes have.

I have completed the first year of Baking & Pastry Arts at NAIT & completed all of Wilton’s cake decorating courses, with the rest of my learning being self taught & trial & error.

I am a perfectionist when it comes to baking, meaning I will never send out product that does not meet my standards. I put my heart & soul into everything I bake in hopes that my clients will love my products as much as I do!
