Today was Wildflour Bakery’s very first pickup and delivery day and my heart is so full 🥖✨

Thank you so much to everyone who placed an order, shared a post, or cheered me on. Seeing Wildflour focaccia leaving the kitchen and landing on your tables in Barrie feels absolutely surreal. I’m so grateful for all of your support in this tiny micro bakery’s first week.

Keep an eye on this page over the next few days… pre-orders for Christmas focaccia will be opening soon, and I cannot wait to bake for your holiday tables. 🎄

Today is finally the day! 🍞✨

Wildflour Bakery is officially open for pre-orders and my artisan focaccia is ready for you, Barrie! 👩🏼‍🍳

Pre-orders are now live, with pickup this Friday between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Pickup is in Barrie and the exact address will be shared after purchase.

I’m also offering delivery anywhere in Barrie for a flat $5 on orders of $20 or more. 🚙 💨

I’ve poured so much time, love, and hard work into Wildflour Bakery and I’m so excited to finally share it with you. Thank you for supporting this little dream of mine. ✨

Recipe Testing Day at Wildflour Bakery 🌸👩🏼‍🍳🍞✨

The first focaccia test came out with a soft, airy crumb and a beautiful golden top — exactly the kind of small-batch magic we want to offer. There’s something special about seeing a recipe come together during the quiet moments of testing.

Wildflour Bakery is getting closer to launch here in Barrie, Ontario, and focaccia will be at the heart of the menu. More updates as the bakery comes to life.
