STAFF WANTED

We are looking for friendly, reliable and motivated people to join our team at Wardell Café & Takeaway.

We currently have casual positions available for:

Café All-Rounder
This role includes serving customers, making coffees, preparing burgers and takeaway food, cleaning, and working within a fast-paced environment.

Pie Baker / Back-of-House Production
Monday to Friday position based in Wardell, helping prepare and make our delicious pies in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for people who are reliable, willing to learn, work well in a team, and can stay calm and focused in a fast-paced workplace.

Experience in hospitality, baking, kitchen work or food production is preferred, but not essential. We are happy to train the right people.

We offer a supportive, positive workplace with a great team and great customers.

Position Vacant: Pie Factory Production Staff
Location: Wardell & Billinudgel

We're looking for enthusiastic team members to join our handmade pie production team. No experience necessary – we'll train you! We're a family-owned business passionate about quality, and we'd love to have you on board.

Hourly Rate: ~$31/hour
Shifts available across our production schedule

Hey everyone, quick apology and update.

Our oven has broken down at the Wardell pie factory and the parts won’t be in for a few days. That means we’ll have no (or very limited) pies at Wardell Cafe & Takeaway for a little bit.

We’re onto it and will post again as soon as we’re back up and running. Thanks so much for your patience and support – we really appreciate it.
