I’ve been missing making my cakes so I have decided to set up a cupcakes and sweet treats Stall at the Mumhub Collective little Marketta!!! The 16th of February in Ballina at the RSL Club! In love with the colours and florals on her cake!!! Cake 1, white chocolate mud with cookies and cream ganache. Cake 2, chocolate mud with honeycomb ganache! Both with Swiss meringue buttercream!!!!

I decided to enter a pavlova decorating competition!! Any excuse to make a cake 😝

This is my Pavlemova, lemon meringue pie meets Paclova! Covered with whipped cream, lemon curd, lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and candies lemons and butter biscuit crumble 😋

Though I’m not making cakes anymore I’lol still share my creations on here with you all, super excited to have lots of family birthdays and celebrations in the next few weeks/months- that means cakes!!!!! 🥳🥳
