Our focus at Sooo Delicious is producing superior cakes from quality ingredients that showcase our love for baking. Kim started her passion for cakes and pastry’s when she was completing her Professional Cookery Skills Course at the Technical Secondary School of Tourism & Hotel of HoChiMinh City (Saigon, Vietnam). After completing her Internship at Omni Siagon 5-Star Hotel, now Moevenpick Hotel, s

he was offered a position within the pastry department and over the next six years Kim developed her pastry skills with numerous International chefs such as Chef Jens Heier, Chef Daniel Aeschbach, Master Pastry Chef Jean-Francois Arnaud and Pastry Chef Robert Jorin to name a few. During her time at Moevenpick Hotel Kim won various awards including:
Associate of the Year Award. Certificate of Excellence Silver Medal at the Anchor - Vietnam Pastry Challenge 2008. This led to a once in a lifetime opportunity of being selected to travel to the Middle-East and be trained by the Master Pastry Chefs at Moevenpick Hotel, Jordan, where Kim expanded her already vast knowledge of the industry. Kim also featured in Mon Ngon Magazine showcasing her pastry skills. In 2010 Kim advanced to Head Pastry Chef at The Imperial Hotel Vung Tau City, Vietnam. After moving to Wagga at the end of 2011 Kim and her husband Bernie Ward, decided Wagga was in need of a quality cake supplier and “Sooo Delicious” was born.

Lemon grass Chicken soup recipe- 100% GF friendly.. I believe anyone can cook this 😁😁. We have this just like a full/main meal, one bowl can keep you up and go for half of the day 🤣🤣🤣.
I have note the recipe and how to cook in each photos. This is one of the easiest way to cook and you can find almost of the ingredients in Wagga at the Asian grocery/ super market 🥰🥰. This recipe you can get 8-10 generous bowls.

I’m so happy and glad to hear the cakes get there safe and enjoying by everyone, that’s all I care about 💕💕💕

To complete this, I have to prepare some part for couple weeks to dry, This nearly 60cm long and heavy for 100 people house 🍰🍰🍰, my arms still sort 😂after carried in and out, measuring..
