Keeping it in the family..... all those cakes and we were so full from dinner we didn't cut any of them.... 🫣

It may seem a bit quiet over here at Huggaby but it's not really.... yes I'm on break ... but I'm also planning workshops. So while I'm doing that..... is there any interest in the Grazing Board Workshop.... it's a big set of 50 cookies which includes the cheeseboard and bowl (both cookies). Please note.... I am only seeking interest at this stage. It was a popular workshop last year but I totally underestimated the amount of work involved to make that much dough and bake 500+ cookies..... and allllllll the different colours of icing x 10 of each. But... if there is enough interest.... I'd definitely consider running it again. They can be frozen and kept ready for a Christmas function. The class goes for about 5 hours, refreshments provided... $160. No previous experience required. No commitment required at this stage ... just gauging interest.

Ohhhhh yum! 🍋
Lemon cupcakes with lemon curd filling .... I topped them with vanilla buttercream sunflowers and added a pipette of Huggaby raspberry coulis. The cake was also lemon and had alternate layers of lemon curd and raspberry coulis filling. (That's brown vanilla buttercream, not chocolate)
